Email Dispatcher

Handling incoming service requests, also commonly called “tickets”, is one of the most important activities that is worth not only controlling, but also nimbly sharing. Warranticon is equipped with a set of special mechanisms that help manage messages in one place, while streamlining the use of message content to create a service request with a specific signature.

We define two important elements in the system:

  • IMAP and SMTP configuration – which will allow Warranticon to take control of your mailbox,
  • Email notification templates:
    • an automatic message about message acceptance,
    • an automatic message about the creation of a ticket.

After displaying the mail client in the Warranticon system we will see the messages that are waiting in the mailbox. The system imitates common mail client behaviors such as read message indication, message title, body and attachments – and sender information – coupled with a database of people registered in the system.
We can quickly see if a message should be the basis for creating a ticket and if the user is already registered in our system.

The interaction of creating a ticket will be visible to each user who has access to the dispatcher module, and the content and attachments will be properly assigned to the content of the ticket.
